My Wellness Coach currently collects and processes the following information:

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons;
Website enquiry, web contact form, booking a discovery call, booking a consultation, marketing sign up, completing a health questionnaire.
We may also receive personal information indirectly from the following sources;
GP or other Allied Health Practitioners letters / reports / tests, nutritionists reports/tests
We use the information that you have given us in order to provide relevant and appropriate advice/or services, to book consultations, to process payment, to provide you with your bespoke reports, to send you marketing information.
We may share this information with third parties (GP/nutritionist/family/next of kin/supplement suppliers) but only with your expressed and informed consent.
